Handheld Cold Smoke Generator

Weight: Approx. 311 g (11 oz); Body material: Aluminium alloy and zinc alloy; Powered by two AA batteries (not included). This compact cold smoker produces dense, cool smoke ideal for infusing aroma into raw or chilled foods and beverages — including seafood, charcuterie, dairy-based desserts, craft cocktails, and roasted nuts. Compatible with a wide variety of organic smoking agents: hardwood sawdust, black or green tea, dried thyme or rosemary, star anise, dried citrus peel, hay, and edible flowers. Tool-free assembly enables fast configuration and breakdown; cleaning is performed manually via wipe-down or light rinse (not dishwasher-safe). Its ergonomic, handheld size supports spontaneous use — whether adding smoky notes to a Negroni at a dinner party or finishing smoked trout at an al fresco lunch.
