Handheld Whetstone Ice Skate Sharpener

A compact, manually operated ice skate blade sharpener measuring 6.1 cm in length, 2.7 cm in width, and 2.5 cm in height — engineered for effortless transport and immediate use. Housing is made from robust polypropylene (PP), while the functional sharpening surface consists of bonded whetstone material known for fine-grained, controlled metal removal. Includes two parallel blade-guiding slots: one calibrated to 3 mm and the other to 4 mm — accommodating the majority of recreational and competitive skate blade thicknesses. For blades exceeding these dimensions, the unit supports manual width adjustment via a central screw and user-supplied shims placed symmetrically inside the casing — allowing precise, reversible adaptation without disassembly or permanent modification.
