A dedicated retention solution for hearing aids, crafted from body-safe silicone with a uniform 3 mm cross-section and total length of 30 cm. Total weight is 5 g — lighter than a standard paperclip. Surface finish is matte, non-reflective, and resistant to lint accumulation. Designed for direct loop-through mounting on BTE/RIC devices; no knots, buckles, or fasteners required. Fits comfortably behind the ear and along the nape without pulling or slipping. Tested for daily wear continuity: retains shape and tension after 50+ cycles of attachment/removal and repeated washing with mild soap and water.
