Heat Set Insert Tip Kit M2 to M8

This heat set insert tip kit includes 7 precision-machined brass tips sized for M2 (compatible with M2.5), M3, M4, M5, M6 (1/4 inch), and M8 hot melt nuts. Each tip is designed for use with the TS100 soldering iron and is mechanically interchangeable with standard 936 universal soldering iron handles. Constructed from durable metal with excellent thermal conductivity, the tips enable fast, controlled heat transfer for consistent nut embedding. The hand-tightened knurled joint allows secure, tool-free assembly and disassembly of the threaded pressure head while the unit is cool — enabling quick tip swaps without waiting for cooldown. A compact embedding distance minimises plastic deformation during insertion, allowing precise depth control into thermoplastic parts. Package includes 7 heat set tips, 1 male–female threaded head, and 1 adapter — no additional accessories included.
