Heather honey, ours is harvested in the north of the peninsula. Dark in color with reddish hues, it is quite dense. Its flavor is penetrating and long-lasting on the palate with hints of bitterness. Its aroma recalls the woods in autumn. It is perhaps the honey with the highest content of nutrients . It is a good restorative and diuretic.
