Floating switch for use in sewage and wastewater applications with suspended solids. This heavy-duty dual-suspension float switch features an integrated concrete counterweight to maintain proper orientation, even when submerged under floating debris. The SPDT switch is suitable for pump control in both emptying and filling operations. Directly controls pumps up to 1/2 HP at 120 V or 220 V, with a maximum current rating of 15 A. Designed for use in septic tanks, sewage tanks, and potable water systems. Built-in micro-switch rated for 50,000 operating cycles. PVC/thermoplastic cable jacket. Stainless steel ball inside the float. Adjustable weights included. Float dimensions: 6.1 in (155 mm) long × 3.8 in (98 mm) diameter. Rated for indoor or outdoor use; operating temperature range: 0°C to 80°C. Freeze-resistant. Reinforced double O-ring cable entry. Ingress protection rating: IP65. Color: Blue. Material: Metal and plastic. Cable length: 10 meters. Package includes: 1 × Float switch. Other items shown are not included.
