The plastic housing exhibits high impact resistance and low thermal expansion coefficient, minimising stress on gaskets during summer heat spikes or overnight cooling. Comes complete with two stainless steel screws and two hex nuts — all components tested for thread shear strength and corrosion resistance per EN ISO 3506-1. Compatible with Tagelus Cristal sand filters and other models using the SZRH valve interface standard. Secures the multiport valve to the filter tank with balanced radial force, ensuring even gasket compression during all operational modes including backwash — where pressure reversal places greatest demand on clamp integrity. Used by pool technicians across the UK for scheduled maintenance and emergency field repairs.
