WHY IS THIS PRODUCT DANGEROUS?

The product presents a serious risk of asphyxiation as the rattle parts of the toy are able to become loose during play, producing a small part. A young child could place the small part in their mouth and choke. The packaging the product was supplied in was also thinner than the minimum permissible, presenting a risk of asphyxiation to young children. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
