How do I raise an enquiry about an order?

If an enquiry is about an order that you have placed you will need to log into your Fruugo account and raise your enquiry directly with the retailer.

Please follow this link which will either log you in if you have an account or will enable you to set one up easily if you have not yet done so. If you need to set up an account please scroll to the bottom of the page, enter your email address click continue, enter a password and your first and last name, this will create your account, then click on the 'Enquire' box next to your order number and create a query.

Please select the statement that best describes your reason for raising an enquiry and write your message to the retailer. Please allow the retailer up to 48 hours (2 business days) to respond to your enquiry.

If you are not satisfied with the assistance you receive from the retailer or do not receive a reply within 48 hours (2 business days) you can escalate your enquiry to Fruugo by clicking 'Escalate to Fruugo Customer Care' and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.

Please do allow additional time for the retailer to reply during the Christmas period.
