Description

Hoya 'Microdwarf' Ø7cm

Hoya 'Microdwarf' - the perfect miniature Hoya 'Microdwarf' is a compact cultivar with small (1-2 cm), oval, deep green leaves, densely arranged on thin stems. It's one of the smallest hoyas available, perfect for anyone with limited space or for building terrariums. It grows slowly but steadily, forming fine green cushions. A charming little rarity that any plant lover will enjoy. The cultivar emerged from selections of dwarf-form Hoya lacunosa. Flowers are proportionally small - star-shaped, cream-white, sweetly fragrant - in umbels of 8-12 blooms. Perfect for narrow windows, terrariums, or as an office plant. Origin Dwarf cultivar selected from small-leaved hoya species from Southeast Asia, well adapted to apartment cultivation. How to care for it Medium-bright indirect light, temperatures 18-27°C, humidity 50-70%. Water moderately when substrate is nearly dry. Airy substrate: orchid bark + perlite. Small pot (current pot is ideal). Flowering Flowers after 1-2 years, summer-autumn. Umbels of 8-12 star-shaped cream-white flowers with sweet evening fragrance. For pets and children Non-toxic. Safe for cats, dogs and children. The milky sap may irritate sensitive skin.
