Ideal Diode Controller, 50A High Power Solar Panel Battery Charge, High Voltage Anti Reverse

Positive high voltage ideal diode controller with reverse input protection function. Compared to Schottky diodes, it provides a lower loss path, offering a more efficient solution for high-power applications and saving circuit board space by reducing heat dissipation needs. Inputs and outputs are equivalent to diodes; immediately shuts down output when detected output voltage exceeds input (millivolt level detection) with very fast response speed. Suitable for replacing common high-current diodes, ideal for solar panels in parallel and charging backwash protection. Specifications: Working voltage 9-70V, maximum working current 50A, copper foil thickness 1.5oz, ultra-high current and low ESR MOS tube (300A 1.5 milliohms), 80A bull nose pure copper wiring. 12V power supply with 40MV voltage drop under 28.61A current, 400mV minimum voltage. Ideal diode power consumption at 28.61A: 1.1444W (vs normal diode 11.444W). Material: Plastic, Size: approx 80x38mm/3.15x1.5in, Color: As pictures shown. Note: No retail package.
