It helps normal intellectual performance, the normal functioning of the nervous system, the immune system, the normal metabolism of homocysteine, iron, macronutrients, proteins and glycogen, steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters; to the normal synthesis of amino acids and cysteine, to the normal formation of blood cells and red blood cells, to the process of cell division and to the protection of cells against oxidative damage; They help regulate hormonal activity and decrease tiredness and fatigue.
