Description

They are noodles that are still made very slowly, at a low temperature of (50 ° C) to (65 ° C), so that flavor, odor and nutrients are retained. That is now the traditional pasta with aroma and passion It is recommended to cook this pasta for approximately 7 minutes to obtain a firm pasta "al dente". Provide plenty of boiling water - good when pasta "swims". Pasta is no better in 1 liter of water for every 100 grams.
