Integrated DToF Laser Ranging Module with 20m Range and Centimeter Precision for Industrial Applications

DTS6012M is a fully integrated single-channel dToF ranging module, featuring a high-sensitivity infrared-enhanced SPAD sensor with a 20m detection range. The module incorporates time-correlated photon counting, histogram statistical analysis, and a fast TDC architecture to enable high-precision distance measurement. It offers ambient light resistance up to 12m at 160 klux and includes reflectivity correction functionality. The DTS6012M includes an integrated power management circuit and operates from a single 3.3V supply. It features built-in temperature compensation and supports I²C and UART interfaces for easy integration. Housed in a compact, reliable optical LGA package, it is well-suited for micro-dToF applications.
