IR Hand-Wave Dimmer Switch

Compact IR sensor module with 50cm pre-attached cable. Supports DC 5V / 12V / 24V supply; consumes ≤5mA when idle. Certified operating temperature: -20°C to +45°C. Enclosure: white polycarbonate with UL94 V-0 flame retardancy rating. Enables natural hand-gesture interaction: quick lateral wave activates/deactivates lighting; stationary hand position modulates brightness linearly. Leverages dual-band IR occlusion detection to differentiate user intent from background motion—delivering predictable behaviour even in cluttered visual fields. Designed for direct integration: outputs TTL-compatible switch emulation signal—recognised natively by most constant-voltage LED drivers, PWM dimmers, and microcontroller-based lighting systems—no protocol translation layer needed.
