Jaysuing Ceramic Surface Matrix | Dual-Component Filler

Jaysuing Ceramic Surface Matrix employs a reactive polymer system consisting of Component A (epoxy resin) and Component B (amine hardener) for substrate integration applications. When mixed in 1:1 volumetric ratio, the hybrid compound undergoes covalent cross-linking at ambient temperatures (15-30C), achieving initial set within 18-22 minutes and full polymerization in 24 hours. Technical Specifications: Viscosity: Component A: 12,000 500 cP (25C) Component B: 900 50 cP (25C) Adhesion Strength: 2.8 MPa on glazed ceramic substrate Shore Hardness: 85-90 D after full cure Performance Data: Thermal Expansion Coefficient: 55 10/C (ASTM E831) Gap-filling Capacity: 0.5-2.0 mm Application Protocol: Clean substrate with isopropyl alcohol Mix equal volumes for 60 seconds until homogenous Apply within 4-minute working window Achieve service strength after 24-hour cure Kit contains: 115g Component A syringe + 115g Component B syringe + application spatula
