Kwik Clear - to clear 70-135 litres
An outstanding two part fining (gelatin/kieselsol) that we use in our commercial winery. Brilliant clarity is often achieved in less than 24 hours. Has little effect on flavour and bouquet of the wine.
Method: Add a suitable quantity of bottle A and stir gently. After 30 minutes add a similar quantity of pack B and stir very gently. 24 - 48 hours later the wine / beer should be clear.
Sizes: Small (sufficient for 135 litres) or Large (sufficient for 270 litres)
Suitable for both Beer and Wine.
