APPLICATIONS: Ideal for making and bagging empanadas, empanadas, pies, dumplings, dumplings, potstickers, ravioli, flap pocket pies and more. GREAT SEAL: The wide rolled edge helps to seal well. A great kitchen tool that makes it easier to prepare ravioli and empanadas or tartlets with family or friends. DOUGH PRESS: Use the bottom of this empanada mold to press the dough and twist it, it may help to press out a round dough (don't cut it as it's sharp and dangerous). It's made of 18/8 stainless steel for durability, easy to clean, and comes in nicely packaged dishwasher safe.
