[Simple to Use]: The temperature range for this temperature controller is -40 to 110°C. Easy to set and adjust, featuring an HD LCD display and 4 control buttons. This is a relay-based temperature controller; an external power supply must be connected for the load. [High Current 30A Relay]: Supports high power load up to 220V 30A. Suitable for high-power equipment such as refrigerators, brooders, incubators, fermenters, greenhouses, and more. Connect the power supply and heating or cooling devices, place the sensor probe, set the desired temperature, and the controller will operate efficiently. [Heating/Cooling Function]: Heating Mode 'H': When the detected temperature is less than or equal to the set temperature minus hysteresis, the relay activates and the heating device turns on. When the detected temperature is greater than or equal to the set temperature, the relay turns off and heating stops. Cooling Mode 'C' operates on the same principle for cooling applications. [Delay Start & Temperature Correction Function]: Delay Start 'OPH': After a heating or cooling cycle ends, the system waits for the preset OPH time before starting the next cycle. Temperature Correction 'OFE' (-10.0 to 10.0°C): Allows calibration to correct measurement deviations during long-term operation. Actual temperature = measured temperature + correction value. [High Temperature Alarm Function]: When the actual temperature reaches or exceeds the preset alarm temperature, the system activates an audible and visual alarm and automatically disconnects the relay. Press any button to disable the alarm. Use Steps: 1. Connect the sensor to the controller. 2. Power the controller. 3. Set the desired start temperature, stop temperature, and temperature correction value. 4. Disconnect power. 5. Connect the load to the relay output terminal with a separate power supply if required. 6. Reconnect power to the controller. 7. Test and confirm proper operation.
