LCD-Equipped Stepper Motor Controller

This single-axis stepper motor controller features an integrated LCD display for immediate visual feedback of speed, pulse count, delay values, and active mode. Powered by DC 5–30V, it supports common cathode stepper motors and includes reverse polarity protection for wiring safety. Its programmable logic allows storage of motion parameters—including forward/reverse pulse counts (1–9999), speed (0.1–999 rpm), forward/inversion delay (0.0–999.9 s), and cycle count (1–9999)—all retained after power loss. With support for 128 motion segments and TTL serial communication, it functions independently or integrates into broader control systems. Designed for general industrial use, it performs consistently in ambient temperatures from -5°C to 60°C (non-condensing) and is constructed from industrial-grade plastic housing.
