LeMieux Bit Wrapping Tape. This handy bit wrapping tape alters your bit, decreasing pinching, mending chewed areas, and softening the mouthfeel. It's a tack room must-have. Ideal for sensitive horses, it softens the surface of your bit and encourages bit acceptance.The alternative to Sealtex, composed of latex-free, soft, and self-adhering silicone tape, is simple to apply to a clean bit: simply cut to size and wrap around the bit, tugging firmly to activate the tape's self-sealing capabilities. Work from the mouthpiece's outside ends into the centre and then back out until the correct thickness is obtained. When signs of wear appear, remove the tape and replace it.
