After losing her husband, betty decides to open up her dream café; in hopes of escaping the reality of her husband's death. baking sweets and serving coffee was the plan. however, healing the souls of six women became the purpose. how must they all heal, if they continue to remain voiceless to their own propaganda? each woman has a skeleton that must be dug, a past that must be for given, a secret that must be told, and a soul that must be healed. you can't heal what refuses to speak, and you can't save what doesn't want to be save. but with god, coffee, laughter, tears, and friendship, betty's café can save them all.
