Lightweight PC Egg Mixing Puller

70 mm wide × 70 mm deep × 170 mm tall (2.76 × 2.76 × 6.69 inches); weighs just 152.5 g. All structural and functional components made from high-clarity, food-contact-approved polycarbonate — resistant to clouding, scratching, and detergent exposure over time. Purpose-built to homogenise egg whites and yolks without cracking shells or introducing excess air — ideal for recipes demanding neutral texture and minimal oxidation. The internal beater geometry has been calibrated to rotate at optimal speed per pull, avoiding frothing or separation during mixing. Practical for busy mornings, shared student kitchens, care homes, or holiday cottages where simplicity and reliability outweigh feature overload. Use sequence: load eggs → close lid → insert vertically → lock top cover → pull rope rhythmically 25–30 times. Avoid pulling rope to full extension to preserve gear alignment and longevity.
