The default combination for the padlock is 00000 and is entered where the raised dots align on the underside. To change the key to what you want, use the existing key to unlock the padlock and release the shackle, turn the shackle tab 90 counterclockwise and pull out, you can now remove each Wheel and arrange to set them where you want the combination to appear along the red dot, replace the part you removed, then close the shackle and the combination you chose will now be the only combination that unlocks the padlock.
