Product Description This valve is a low-pressure valve with 3/8 "external threads on both the inlet and outlet. Instructions for use: 1) Use cap screws and flanges to secure the valve to the plate or panel of the grill or fire pit. 2) Connect the inlet and outlet pipes to the inlet and outlet sides. Tighten tightly enough to prevent gas leakage. 3) Tighten the M8 thermocouple nut at the end of the valve (check if the valve end thread is 8mm before purchasing). 4) Connect the thermocouple and the end thread. 5) Open the gas with the correct size knob and push the valve for about 5 to 10 seconds until the thermocouple head is sufficiently heated. 6) Release your hand, it will work well. If you release your hand, the air valve will close again, please check a. If the thermocouple is still heating on the flame. b. If the end of the thermocouple is well connected to the valve. c. Whether the inlet and outlet sides are well connected to the existing pipelines. Possible issues during use: 1) After one revolution, the valve will not jam during use. Reason: a. The thermocouple head is not heated properly, please adjust the position of the thermocouple head. b. The connection between the thermocouple end and the valve is not tight enough or too tight. Please readjust the screws. c. You need to first push the valve, then rotate the pin and hold it for a few seconds, it cannot immediately stick for 10-30 seconds
