Hops Fitomater from Erbenobili is a food supplement based on hops, a plant indicated to promote a relaxing effect. Among its common uses, hops are taken by mouth to treat anxiety, sleep disorders such as inability to sleep (insomnia) or sleep interrupted by rotating work schedules, or night work schedules (night work sleep disorders), restlessness, tension, excitement, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Traditionally, hops have been used in medicine because they have a great anti-inflammatory, diuretic and antibacterial capacity. The relaxing properties offered by this plant mean that it has been used to try to control anxiety attacks or nervous processes. Added to this are two other medicinal properties that make it especially attractive for our health, such as its ability to act as antioxidants for our cells and clearly promote blood circulation. Take 20-30 drops twice a day diluted in water, preferably between meals. Contraindicated in case of proven hypersensitivity to one of the components.
