A purpose-built metric pipe plug for M24x1.5 ports, made from 304 stainless steel and featuring an integrated ED sealing ring, radial flange, and 4 mm inner hex socket. Dimensions: overall length ~32 mm, flange OD ~36 mm, thread pitch 1.5 mm, major thread diameter 24 mm. Weight approx. 85 g. Material meets EN 10088-1 for corrosion resistance in neutral and mildly aggressive media. The ED ring is seated in a precision-machined groove just ahead of the thread root, ensuring controlled deformation only within its intended zone — preventing blowout or creep during pressure spikes up to 250 bar (as validated in typical hydraulic test scenarios).
