M5x50mm Hex Tension Rods Set

A set of six M5 × 50 mm stainless steel hex tension rods, each with a nominal 5 mm thread diameter, 0.8 mm thread pitch, and total length of 50 mm. The rods have a standard ISO hex head (8 mm AF), fully threaded shank, and are manufactured from annealed AISI 304 stainless steel for optimal ductility and thread-form retention. They are purpose-built for applications requiring both mechanical robustness and dimensional repeatability — particularly in percussion hardware, where consistent lug tension translates directly to tonal clarity and shell resonance. Also validated for use in industrial control cabinets, medical device housings, and educational STEM kits where M5 fasteners are specified for modularity and safety-compliant assembly. All rods are free from burrs, flash, or thread defects. No additional finishing steps (e.g., passivation) are required for basic indoor use, though optional citric acid passivation can be applied if enhanced corrosion resistance is needed for specific environments.
