This AS5600 magnetic encoder module operates on a non-contact Hall effect basis to convert magnetic field changes into digital angle measurements. The set consists of eight PCB-based units intended for integration into speed and position sensing applications. 1. The device provides a 12-bit resolution yielding 4096 position points per 360° rotation with an angle error margin of ±0.3° across the full range. 2. Connectivity includes a 400kHz I2C communication rate with support for cascading devices, alongside PWM and analog voltage outputs between 0.5V and 4.5V. 3. Each set contains eight white PCB encoder modules along with eight magnets and eight pins, where the accessory colors vary randomly. 4. Operational longevity exceeds 10 million cycles due to the contactless detection mechanism, and the unit features an IP50 rating for dust and oil resistance. 5. Suitable uses include motor control for drones and servo motors, industrial automation for rotary valves and robotic arms, steering angle measurements, and user interface controls like audio knobs.
