Masonry Rub Brick Fluted 20 Grit

Measured dimensions: approx. 12 cm (L) × 8 cm (W) × 4 cm (H), with allowable manufacturing variance of ±1–3 cm; abrasive face: continuous fluted profile formed from sintered silicon carbide grains at nominal 20 grit; base and handle: integrally moulded rigid plastic, providing structural support and tactile feedback during use. Performance focus: Designed to level micro-irregularities on dense, cured substrates — especially useful after floating or scutching, prior to priming or decorative coating. The flute depth and spacing are tuned to clear typical UK render debris (lime dust, fine sand, polymer residue) without requiring frequent cleaning or repositioning. Used across domestic refurbishments, social housing maintenance programmes, and commercial façade touch-ups — wherever consistent hand-finishing is required but access or substrate sensitivity rules out angle grinders or orbital sanders.
