A purely mechanical, battery-free length counter built for durability and repeatable accuracy in industrial material handling. Its dual rolling wheel system improves traction and reduces deviation when measuring soft or stretchy materials such as woven textiles, coated leathers, and flexographic print webs. The counting range spans 1 to 99,999 metres, with a maximum counting rate of 200 counts per minute. Constructed from metal and plastic, it measures approximately 160 mm in length and weighs minimally for handheld use. The mechanism resets to zero manually, and after three full wheel rotations, it prevents reverse counting to preserve integrity of recorded lengths. Intended for professional use in manufacturing, packaging, and textile processing environments.
