Mechanical Fiber Cleaver Portable

A purpose-built mechanical cleaver for telecom professionals requiring dependable, on-the-go fiber preparation. Its compact size and light weight make it ideal for pocket carry or integration into standard UK technician tool rolls. The unit operates entirely without electricity or wireless connectivity — relying on calibrated mechanical force transfer for consistent cleaving. Compatible only with single-mode optical fibers: bare, jumper, and leather-cable variants. Fixed cleave lengths are precisely engineered at 28 mm and 16 mm, each yielding a 0.8-degree angled finish. The cutting blade is embedded in a rigid black plastic chassis and rated for approximately 20,000 operational cycles before wear affects edge geometry.
