Microfinishing Lapping Films

Each sheet measures 220 x 280 mm and is made from durable plastic substrate with precision-coated abrasive particles. The set includes 7 sheets in graded micron sizes: 0.3µm (12000 grit, light green), 1µm (10000 grit, pink), 3µm (~8000 grit, brown), 5µm (6000 grit, blue), 9µm (4000 grit, yellow), 12µm (2000 grit, green), and 30µm (1500 grit, medium green). These water-resistant microfinishing films deliver fast cutting action and consistent, close-tolerance finishes on nonferrous metals and other sensitive surfaces. Ideal for flat lapping, edge honing, contour polishing of carving tools, fine finishing of jewellery and gemstones, as well as applications in shipbuilding, high-end furniture making, home decoration and automotive maintenance.
