Duchess Satin fabric is a highly lustrous, smooth, very finely woven heavy non stretch satin. It has a very subtle sheen that is classic and elegant and very different in appearance to most satins which generally have a high gloss finish. It is often used for making wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, evening wear, christening gowns and more. Minerva Classique Duchess Satin is a medium weight fabric made of 100% polyester with a plain pattern. It comes in a lemon color and has a width of approximately 150cm or 60 inches. The recommended washing instructions are at 40 degrees. This fabric is perfect for crafters who want to create elegant and luxurious projects such as dresses, skirts, and blouses. With a weight of 193 gsm, it is easy to work with and will drape beautifully. Fabric is cut from the roll and available to order by the metre.
