This miniaturised Class D stereo amplifier board implements the PAM8403 IC to deliver 2 × 3W continuous output per channel into 4Ω speakers at supply voltages from 2.5V to 5V DC. Its PCB measures roughly 28 mm × 21 mm × 1.6 mm (standard FR-4 thickness), with gold-plated copper traces for reliable signal transfer. Input sensitivity is 200 mVrms, compatible with smartphones, DACs, and microcontroller audio outputs without pre-amplification. The design omits unnecessary features like volume pots or tone controls — prioritising signal fidelity, size efficiency, and ease of integration.
