Mobile Phone Screen Dust Removal Roller, Computer Screen Dust Cleaning Kit

product information:Name: Sticky Dust Roller,Features: The surface is smooth like a mirror, the particle size is less than 2UM, and it is self-adhesive. The product can effectively absorb impurities such as hair/dander/dust, and can quickly remove the tiny particles, impurities, fibers, dust, etc. produced in the production process of various products. Thereby improving the yield of products. With the recycle of sticky paper, it can ensure the long-term effectiveness of the self-adhesive silicone rubber.1. How to use:1. Correct use method: When using silicone rollers, please use the method of rolling backwards. (Especially to clean uneven products, such as PCB boards). This can prolong the service life of the silicone rubber, and can make the bracket not easily deformed and prevent the screws from loosening.2. Cleaning the silicone: please wipe with absolute alcohol, wipe dry or blow dry with air gun.3. Do not touch benzene and ester solvents (such as thinner, net-washing water, film water, ethyl acetate, etc.) during use. Once in contact, wipe it with absolute alcohol immediately and blow dry with air gun.4. If the viscosity drops significantly after every 5,000 times of use, please note that this phenomenon is caused by the contamination of the rubber wheels. The service life of our silicone rubber wheels is more than 10,000 times. After the packaging film is wrapped and left for 48 hours, the viscosity also rebounds.2. Matters needing attention:1. It is strictly forbidden to use benzene and ester solvents (such as thinner, net washing water, film water, ethyl acetate, etc.) to clean the silicone. This type of solvent will cause the silicone to swell, age, deform, and decrease viscosity quickly. phenomenon.2. Please do not use silicon rubber wheels to clean the ground, walls, and rough surfaces: it is easy to scratch the silicon rubber.3. Please do not scratch the silicone with a sharp blade.4. Maintenance and storage:After use: Please use the silicon rubber wheel to roll back and forth on the sticky paper several times to keep the silicon rubber wheel clean.Storage: Keep away from benzene solvents, inks, curing agents, and put them in clean packaging. When not in use: Please avoid high temperature environment and direct sunlight.
