MQ131 High Concentration Ozone Sensor Module, Analog & TTL Output

Adopt high-quality double-panel design with power indicator and TTL signal output indicator. Features DO switch signal (TTL) output and AO analog signal output. TTL output provides high/low logic levels (0.1V and 5V), compatible with microcontrollers or relay modules. Analog output voltage varies proportionally with gas concentration. Fast response and recovery time. Long service life and reliable stability. Electrical Specifications: Input Voltage: DC 5V Power Consumption: 150mA DO Output: TTL digital signal (0.1V for low, 5V for high) AO Output: Analog voltage signal Note: After powering on, the sensor requires approximately 20 seconds of preheating before readings stabilize. Slight heating during operation is normal due to the internal heating element. Wiring Instructions: 1. VCC: Connect to +5V power supply 2. GND: Connect to ground 3. DO: TTL digital output 4.
