Each base is injection-moulded from black plastic with precise attention to hinge interface geometry, screw-hole depth and lateral symmetry. Supplied as a matched left/right set with mounting hardware. Built to retain the original shield’s opening/closing force, pivot smoothness and wind-seal integrity. Designed for straightforward replacement — no adapters or modifications needed. Fits only MT Thunder 4; not interchangeable with other MT helmet lines. Measurement tolerance ±3 cm applies only to manual tape-based verification — final compatibility is determined by part number and helmet model confirmation.
