Nanocoated Wax Guard Filters

Includes 3 packs × 24 wax guard filters (72 total), each made from medical-grade plastic with an engineered nanometer surface coating. Designed for precise fit at the sound outlet of RIC and BTE hearing aids — compatible with Phonak Audeo, Virto, and Naida models. No adhesive, no tools: simple push-fit installation and removal. The nanocoated layer delivers measurable resistance to both aqueous moisture (e.g., humidity, light perspiration) and lipid-based contaminants (e.g., cerumen oils, skin sebum), preventing pore blockage that degrades airflow and distorts sound. Each filter maintains structural integrity under repeated handling and cleaning attempts — unlike uncoated alternatives that degrade after 2–3 days of typical use. Used proactively, these guards reduce the frequency of sound port cleaning, minimise risk of receiver damage from wax compression, and support stable output across all frequencies — especially critical for users with high-frequency hearing loss who rely on clear treble response.
