Natural Wood Squirrel Feeder

28 cm tall, 15 cm wide, 12 cm deep; weight 0.8 kg. Crafted from responsibly harvested, air-seasoned hardwood — free from chemical treatments, paint, or lacquer. The central corn-retaining slot is precision-cut to accept standard UK corn cobs (14–17 cm long, 4–5 cm diameter), held firmly by friction and slight taper. Squirrel figures are integral to the structure — not glued-on ornaments — lending inherent balance and durability. No tools or instructions needed: simply place in a sheltered outdoor spot and insert a fresh or dried cob. Over months, the wood develops a soft, tactile patina — darker in damp corners, lighter where exposed — evolving gently with your garden’s rhythm. Best sited near trees or shrubs for cover, yet open enough for clear viewing. Attracts not just squirrels but also opportunistic birds including blue tits and blackbirds — particularly when kernels begin to loosen and scatter slightly during feeding.
