Neon Water Activated Eyeliner Palette 8 Colors Matte Body Paint

This water soluble eyeliner palette comes in 6 shades that glow under UV/black light and is not waterproof (01 palette has 4 glitter colors, 02 palette has 2 glitter colors). Will not mess or transfer. No cracking and no discoloration until removed. The smudge-resistant eyeliner is smooth, dries super fast and removes easily with warm soapy water or a wipe.<br> How to use: Method 1: Apply an appropriate amount of water (not too much) on the cake, shake the cake with the brush below, and start using it where you want it. Method 2: Dip the paint brush directly into the pot for easy opacity control. Beginner Tip: Spray with water, then dip into the paint. Make it less runny and it will be easier to use.<br> Each palette is non-irritating, hypoallergenic and paraben free. Note: As with all cosmetic products, we recommend that you do a small skin patch test before using as everyone's skin is different<br> Can be used on eyes, face and body.
