Nero or black rice 500 g

Priméal black or nerone rice originates from China and was highly prized by Chinese emperors, but today it is grown in Italy. Brown rice with a maroon black color due to the pigments naturally present in the cranberries (antioxidants). *The packaging received may be slightly different from the image on the product sheet. Quickly rinse 1 part rice and cook it in 2 parts cold water, covered, for 45 minutes, then season with salt. Traditionally eaten on special occasions, this rice has a slight flavor of cooked blueberries and blackberries and can be eaten plain or cooked as a risotto. Store in a dry, cool place protected from light.
