NRF51822 BLE 4.0 Small Module

Small-form-factor Bluetooth Low Energy module built on Nordic Semiconductor’s nRF51822 SoC. Dimensions: 15 mm × 15 mm × 1.6 mm. Equipped with onboard PCB antenna and compliant with Bluetooth 4.0 standard (BLE 4.x compatible). Operates between 1.9 V and 3.6 V supply voltage. Frequency band: 2.400–2.4835 GHz. Transmit power: +4 dBm to -20 dBm (in 4 dB steps); receive sensitivity: -93 dBm. Power consumption: 10.5 mA TX, 13 mA RX. Memory resources: 256 KB flash, 16 KB RAM. Provides 6 general-purpose I/O pins, ADC, SPI, UART, and two-wire serial interface. Additional features include RTC, watchdog timer, RNG, on-chip temperature sensor, 32.768 kHz oscillator (±250 ppm), and support for over-the-air firmware updates.
