Nylon Paddle Flow Switch 1 MPa

FS11 adjustable water flow switch built with industrial-grade nylon housing and precision-machined paddle mechanism. Key specs: flow sensitivity starts at 1 L/min and is mechanically adjustable; maximum working pressure 1 MPa; operating temperature range 10–100°C; nominal voltage 100 V; no internal electronics — purely electromechanical operation. Delivers stable, maintenance-free flow detection in demanding thermal environments. The paddle-style actuation provides immediate physical response to water movement, eliminating latency or false triggers common in ultrasonic or turbine-based sensors. Designed specifically for integration into heat pump water heater safety circuits, pool heater interlocks, and chilled water monitoring in central AC systems. Mounts directly inline with standard pipe adapters. Requires only basic wiring to existing control panels — no configuration software, no IP rating concerns (IP65 equivalent via sealed housing), and no recalibration needed after installation.
