Product Description This device is compatible with EDC15 (diesel) and ME7 control units. The EDC15 diesel control unit is installed in vehicles manufactured in 1999 and later. The ME7 control unit is suitable for engines with a displacement of 1.6 liters and above, including models such as ME7.5, ME7.5.1, ME7.1, and ME7.1.1. Instructions for Use: Insert the EDC15/ME7 device into the vehicle's diagnostic interface (OBD2). Switch the drive box to the OFF position. Within 20 seconds, the anti-theft system will be disabled (IMMO OFF), without the need for a computer. The LED indicator on the device will first flash slowly, then flash rapidly, indicating that the anti-theft function is disabled. The vehicle can be started without a transponder key. To reactivate the anti-theft system, switch the drive box to the ON position. Within 20 seconds, the anti-theft system will be activated (IMMO ON). Compatible with certain models equipped with a Motronic EDC15 (diesel) or ME7 control unit. Not applicable to 1.8T and 2.0TFSI models, as well as 1.4 and 1.6 liter engines. This tool is for authorized professional automotive mechanic use only. Material: Plastic; Color: Black; Package Contents: 1 x OBD2 Drive Box; Note: Differences in lighting and monitor displays may cause slight color variations. Measurement results may have an error of +/- 1-3 cm.
