Optic Alignment Kit CNC Machined

A dedicated horizontal mount alignment solution crafted from high-grade CNC-machined aluminum. Contains three precision-fitted parts: a Picatinny-rail base (42 mm × 22 mm × 12 mm), a tapered wedge (30 mm × 10 mm × 8 mm), and a support bracket. Total weight: ~85 g. The base features a top-mounted angled slot aligned to interface cleanly with the wedge, which inserts laterally and seats firmly beneath the scope’s elevation turret. All components are anodised for hardness and environmental resilience. Setup begins with partial ring loosening, followed by base placement directly on the rail or monoblock mount. Wedge insertion applies upward bias to the turret, enabling slow, controlled rotation until visual or bubble-level alignment is achieved. Final ring tightening follows OEM guidance — one side at a time — to prevent distortion. This method is particularly valued in jurisdictions like Germany and Austria where legal hunting optics must hold zero across multiple seasons. Suitable for use with variable-power rifle scopes (3–20×), red dot hybrids, and FFP LPVOs. Not recommended for fixed-power or non-adjustable optics lacking elevation turrets.
