Fruity couscous tastes fruity, slightly spicy and hearty Couscous is combined with apricots, tomatoes, carrots and many oriental spices. Pour 300 ml of boiling water over the Bohlsener Mühle Orient couscous and let it soak for 3 minutes. Dice the grapes and add them with the cashews. Season with 2 tablespoons of oil, salt and chile. Bonus Tip: For a fruity note: replace 150ml of water with 150ml of orange juice.
