Orthomol Tendo 30 units

Orthomol Tendo by Orthomol is a food supplement with important nutrients for connective tissue. It is recommended for natural care of tendons and provides a considerable reduction in pain. Manganese contributes to the normal formation of connective tissue. Copper contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissue. Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal function of cartilage and bones. Vitamin C, vitamin E and vitamin B2 (riboflavin) as well as zinc, selenium, copper and manganese contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Magnesium and zinc contribute to normal protein synthesis. With collagen hydrolysate, enzymes (bromelain, papain) and omega-3 fatty acids. It is recommended to take the contents of one sachet (= daily portion) daily, dissolved in 100-150 ml of still water or fruit juice during or after a meal, together with the Omega-3 fatty acid capsules. It is recommended to take the enzyme tablet half an hour before a meal. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Store preferably in a cool, dry place.
