Artfully designed whale tail fin made of 925 sterling silver. The pendant is beautifully decorated and partially blackened on the front, the back is polished smoothly. Dimensions: approx. 21 mm high x approx. 28 mm wide Inner dimensions of the eyelet: approx. 9 mm high x approx. 3 mm wide Weight: approx. 5 g The jewellery pendant comes with a black cotton ribbon. Background: There are around 90 species of whales in the world's oceans. After the marine mammals were hunted and almost extinct by humans for centuries, the populations are now recovering.
