Features: Application: Mini-rail for installing trapezoidal photovoltaic panels on walkable trapezoidal metal sheet roofs. Provides good static load distribution. Reduces suction effect of the PV system’s weight on the roof’s outer metal sheet skin. No need to cut long profile strips—pre-sized to match standard trapezoidal panel post spacing. Profile sections are pre-drilled and covered with sealing tape. Rail size: 200 mm End clips: compatible with 35 mm solar panels Installation steps: 1. Layout spacing based on module dimensions. 2. Align the first row using chalk lines. 3. Position brackets, pre-drill holes with Ø 5.00 mm drill bit, and secure with 4 blind rivets. Alternatively, use thin sheet metal screws without pre-drilling. 4. Use a wooden template to position subsequent rows; verify alignment with a string after every 10 rows. Material: Aluminum alloy Color: Silver Package includes: 4 × rails (with gaskets and mounting screws) 4 × end clips Note: Actual product color may vary slightly due to lighting conditions and display settings.
